Kerry Blinks, Russia and Syria Pounce

Call it a tactical maneuver; call it pragmatic politics; call it what you will. But it seems that John Kerry, on behalf of the Obama administration, has blinked on Syria.

Earlier Monday, alongside the UK foreign secretary, William Hague,
Kerry made what are being presented as merely unscripted remarks:

The US secretary of state has said that President Bashar al-Assad has one week to hand over his entire stock of chemical weapons to avoid a military attack. But Kerry added that he had no expectation that the Syrian leader would comply.

The US state department explained that Kerry's point was:
"that this brutal dictator [...] cannot be trusted to turn over chemical weapons, otherwise he would have done so long ago"
Within hours of Kerry's comments, Russia's foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, had responded:
"If the establishment of international control over chemical weapons in that country would allow avoiding strikes, we will immediately start working with Damascus."
Later Monday, Syrian Foreign Minister, Walid Moallem said the Syrian government is in agreement with a Russian proposal calling for Damascus to hand over its entire arsenal of chemical weapons:
"We, for the sake of protecting our people and children and country and due to our trust in the Russian efforts, will cooperate fully with Russia in this regard so as to take away the excuses of this aggression"

This turn of events is being portrayed by mainstream media as a fortunate happenstance. But the peaceful resolution cat is out of the bag, and Kerry is the one holding the empty sack.

In truth, the NWO forces who orchestrated this false flag crisis have little interest in destroying Assad's biowarfare capabilities.

Rather, they are desperate to enter a war their Saudi-funded rebels are remorselessly losing and deploy air power to rescue their failing takeover bid for Syria.

The promise of eventual photo-ops of chemical weapons being put beyond use will salvage Obama's reputation. And put a PR gloss on a defeat for the US War Party. Perhaps, the NWO planners are reverting to the game plan of arming and funding the rebels all the more aggressively.

Either way, Kerry has spoken by phone about the chemical weapons proposal with his Russian counterpart Lavrov --since-- the disarmament offer was put on the table.

In the last minutes, one US administration official reacted by saying it would take "a hard look" at the Russian proposal. Another unnamed official said the offer would be ignored.

And so, it remains yet to be confirmed that we have seen off the threat of this much desired and dreamed-of Syrian air campaign. Zionists will not easily let that dream fade.

By now I reckon you've heard Obama's "potentially positive" in response to the Kerry-Russia developments. And maybe you've heard news anchors speak of Kerry's "gaffe" which "accidentally" spawned a path to a no-strike resolution on Syria.
Thanks to Black Ops boys, we are not out of the woods, but given Obama's swift positive PR on media tonight, you can now consider the story above is confirmed. That wasn't a Kerry Accident. It was a holding action incorporating an Exit Strategy.
I'd say the Russians proposed this to Kerry in the last few days, and he dropped the proposal into his press conference to signal public acceptance of Putin's deal.
